1. Check-in at 02.00 p.m., Check-out at 12.00 p.m.

Please strictly follow the check-out time to avoid these charges:

12.00 -02.00 pm. = 25% of room rate.

02.00 - 04.00 pm. = 50% of room rate. 

After 04.00 pm. = full rate

The Birder's Lodge reserves the right not to allow late check-out if there are guests staying after you.

เช็คเอาท์เกินเวลา มีค่าใช้จ่าย ดังนี

12.00 - 14.00 น. ชำระ 25% ของราคาห้องพัก

14.00 - 16.00 น. ชำระ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก

หลังเวลา 16.00 น. ชำระราคาเต็มของห้องพัก

และเดอะเบิร์ดเดอร์ลอดจ์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการที่จะไม่อนุญาตให้เช็คเอาท์เกินเวลา หากมีลูกค้าเข้าพักต่อจากท่าน

2. All guests must present their identification card or passport (for foreigners) upon check-in and pay a damage deposit of 2,000 baht per room before the stay. Your deposit will be refunded on your check out date. This deposit will be charged in the event of damage caused by the guest or violation of the rules of stay.

ผู้เข้าพักในโครงการทุกท่านต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หรือพาสปอร์ต (สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ) เมื่อทำการลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก และชำระค่าประกันความเสียหาย จำนวน 2,000 บาท ต่อห้อง ก่อนการเข้าพัก และเงินประกันของท่านจะถูกคืนในวัน Check out โดยเงินประกันความเสียหายนี้ จะถูกหักเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าพักทำให้เกิดความเสียหาย หรือการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบการเข้าพักในขณะที่เข้าพัก ตามจำนวนที่เกิดขึ้นจริง

 

3. The Birder’s Lodge reserves the right not to allow commercial use of our space for both motion picture and still photography or any action that is contrary to moral principles. Any other activities such as pre-wedding, graduation photos or flying drones within the area are also not allowed unless permission from us has been given. If violated, The Birder’s Lodge reserves the right to charge a fine of 20,000 baht and does not allowed them to be published in any media.

เดอะ เบิร์ดเดอร์ ลอดจ์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้สถานที่เพื่อการถ่ายภาพทั้งภาพเคลื่อนไหวและภาพนิ่งในเชิงพาณิชย์ หรือการกระทำใดที่ขัดต่อหลักศีลธรรม หรือกิจกรรมอื่นใด เช่น พรีเวดดิง, ภาพรับปริญญา ฯลฯ และไม่อนุญาตให้บินโดรนภายในบริเวณโครงการ ยกเว้น ได้รับอนุญาตจากทางโครงการแล้วเท่านั้น หากฝ่าฝืน ทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคิดค่าปรับ 20,000 บาท และไม่อนุญาตให้เผยแพร่ไม่ว่าสื่อใดๆ ก็ตาม

4. Number of guests who are allowed to be in each rooms are only as specified. If there are more people than the specified amount per room, we reserves the right to charge a fine at the rate of 2,000 baht per person per night (excluding breakfast. and bedding sets)

จำนวนผู้เข้าพักในห้องพักแต่ละหลัง สามารถเข้าพักได้ตามจำนวนที่ระบุไว้ตามประเภทห้องพักแต่ละห้องเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเข้าพักเกินจากจำนวนที่ระบุไว้ได้ หากฝ่าฝืนทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคิดค่าปรับในอัตราท่านละ 2,000 บาท ต่อท่าน ต่อคืน (ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า และชุดเครื่องนอน)

5. For the safety of all the guests, non-residents are not allowed in the accommodation zone unless permission has been given.  If violated, The Birder's Lodge reserves the right to charge a fine of 1,000 baht per person and invite them to leave the premises.

เดอะ เบิร์ดเดอส์ ลอดจ์ ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่ได้เข้าพักภายในโครงการเข้ามาภายในบริเวณพื้นที่บ้านพัก เพื่อความปลอดภัยของลูกค้าทุกท่าน ยกเว้น ได้รับอนุญาตจากทางโครงการแล้วเท่านั้น หากฝ่าฝืนทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคิดค่าปรับท่านละ 1,000 บาท และเชิญบุคคลท่านนั้นออกจากโครงการ

 

6. We would like each of our guests to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment while staying here with us. Therefore, we would like to ask for your kind corporation in reducing the noise level ex. TV, music etc. after 10.00 p.m. onward. If violated, the Birder’s Lodge reserves the right to charge a fine of 2,000 baht.

เพื่อให้ลูกค้าทุกท่านได้พักผ่อนท่ามกลางบรรยากาศธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง ทางโครงการจึงประสงค์จะขอความร่วมมือในการงดใช้เสียงดัง เช่น เสียงโทรทัศน์ เสียงเพลง ฯลฯ หลังจากเวลา 22.00 น. เป็นต้นไป หากฝ่าฝืน ทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคิดค่าปรับ 2,000 บาท

7.  Smoking in and lighting all kinds of fire in the room is prohibited. If violated, the Birder’s Lodge reserves the right to charge a fine of 2,000 baht.

ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ หรือจุดไฟทุกชนิดภายในห้องพัก หากฝ่าฝืน ทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคิดค่าปรับ 2,000 บาท

 

8. Guests must return the keys when checking out. if lost, guests will be charged 500 baht.

ลูกค้าต้องคืนกุญแจเมื่อ Check out หากทำสูญหาย ลูกค้าต้องชำระค่ากุญแจ 500 บาท​

9. Cooking outside of the area provided and bringing your own food ingredients are not allowed. If violated, the Birder’s Lodge reserves the right to charge a fine of 1,000 baht.

ทางโครงการไม่อนุญาตให้ประกอบอาหารภายในบริเวณที่พัก ยกเว้นในจุดที่โครงการจัดไว้ให้ และไม่อนุญาตให้นำวัตถุดิบจากภายนอกเข้ามาประกอบอาหารภายในโครงการ หากฝ่าฝืน ทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคิดค่าปรับ 1,000 บาท

10. The Birder’s Lodge does not allow dangerous goods, drugs and any illegal substances inside our resort. This include prohibiting gambling or any illegal actions within our premises, if violated, The Birder’s Lodge reserves the right to ejects guests, take legal action and will not return any expenses in all cases.

เดอะ เบิร์ดเดอส์ ลอจด์ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำวัตถุอันตราย สิ่งเสพติด และสิ่งผิดกฎหมายใดๆ เข้ามาภายในโครงการ รวมทั้งห้ามเล่นการพนัน หรือกระทำการใดๆ ที่ผิดกฎหมาย ภายในโครงการ หากฝ่าฝืน ทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าพัก หรือดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย และไม่คืนค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทุกกรณี

 

11. Kindly be notified that no pets or service animals allowed. Fine up to 5,000 Baht.

เดอะ เบิร์ดเดอส์ ลอจด์ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก หากฝ่าฝืนปรับ 5,000 บาท

12. The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. The guest will be responsible for the cost according to the value specified by us. ​

หากลูกค้า หรือแขกของลูกค้าท่านใดทำทรัพย์สิน หรืออาคารสถานที่ของทางโครงการเสียหาย ลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายตามมูลค่าที่โครงการกำหนด

13. The Birder's Lodge reserves the right to eject guests or customers who are intoxicated, profane, lewd, brawling or otherwise disturbing the peace and comfort of others inside our premises without any refund.

หากลูกค้า หรือแขกของลูกค้าท่านใด มีการแสดงกิริยา หรือลักษณะใดๆ ที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าอาจก่อกวนความสงบ หรือเป็นภัยต่อโครงการ พนักงาน หรือลูกค้าท่านอื่น ทางโครงการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการที่จะไม่ให้เข้าพักโดยไม่คืนค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทุกกรณี
